      • Transportation: Flight from México City to Oaxaca, flight from Oaxaca to Tuxtla Gutiérrez, ground transportation between Tuxtla Gutiérrez and San Cristóbal de las Casas, and flight from Tuxtla Gutiérrez to México City

    Designed for only sixteen travelers, this tour is in collaboration with Judy Jones, an American residing in México. Her fascination with the rich culture, history, and art of México led to her friendship and association with Marina Aguirre. Judy comes from a family of knitters, weavers, and artists. As soon as she experienced the textiles, designs, and the ancient art of back-strap weaving first hand in the environment in which they evolved, she felt inspired to share the experience with other textile enthusiasts, thus this journey.
